Albert Jeria is the President & CEO of DistributionPlus, LLC, a provider of Customer Required Accessories (CRA) through unique, global OEM relationships. DistributionPlus is the supplier base for ESP, PCP, Rod Lift, Gas Lift, and completion products, and also offers logistic services which include international freight forwarding and local Hot Shot delivery services.
Prior to leading DistributionPlus, Mr. Jeria was the Senior Director of Supply Chain Management at McDermott International, Ltd., where he managed strategic and tactical planning, and service driven programs to increase market share. In this role, he also led supply chain management overseeing manufacturing, procurement and logistics.
Throughout his 25 years, Mr. Jeria has held executive-level positions in the Oil & Gas and Energy industries, in the US and Latin America, that have allowed him to employ multi-market discipline and project management skills while implementing and improving workflow processes, and cultivating key partner relationships. Various roles also involved hiring, training, and managing teams whose work positively impacted company revenue under his leadership.
A native of Chile, Mr. Jeria enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and experiencing different cultures.
Angela Wamback is the Senior Director of Procurement & Expediting at DistributionPlus. She supports the sales team by negotiating and securing competitive pricing on quality products within the company’s supply chain network. She also negotiates agreements with strategic suppliers, and develops procurement policies and procedures with a focus on strengthening organizational value and efficiency.
Before joining the company, Ms. Wamback worked in supply chain management for 15 years, supporting Oil & Gas, Marine, and Distribution industries. Experienced in working in challenging situations where customers’ needs were great, has led her to developing extensive skills in finding solutions, and de-escalation.
A proud Canadian who aspires to be an integral part of the company’s growth, Ms. Wamback enjoys fun activities with her two boys and exercising.
Carlos Alfonso Gonzalez is the Director of Engineering at DistributionPlus. He is responsible for all technical aspects of the company’s products and services. Mr. Gonzalez and his team custom fabricates all equipment and accessories in the well. They consult with clients to recommend the size, material, and style of the pump, ultimately enhancing and increasing the lifecycle of all artificial lift systems.
Mr. Gonzalez works in the Houston office and also manages the company's operations in Colombia.
Prior to joining DistributionPlus, he was a Global Technical Advisor for 17 countries while with Halliburton, and a Quality Control Manager and Technical Manager at Global Artificial Lift.
An accomplished engineer, Mr. Gonzalez enjoys designing products and services for artificial lift systems. In his free time, he loves watching baseball, boxing, and Formula One racing.
Ross Schumann is the Business Development and Operations Manager at DistributionPlus. His responsibilities include communicating with prospective OEM clients, and expanding the company’s supply services infrastructure and business opportunities. He also manages the company's Hot Shot transportation department.
Mr. Schumann has been instrumental in creating long-term revenue growth, while also solidifying the company in the market, and enhancing customer relationships.
Prior to joining DistributionPlus,
Mr. Schumann was the Customer Engagement Coordinator at Schlumberger, and Owner/President of Arrow Industrial Services.
He enjoys spending time with his family, dog training, and skeet shooting. He’s also a proud
10-year veteran of the Army National Guard.
John Banks is the Logistics Supervisor at DistributionPlus. He oversees the planning, inventory, shipment, and timely delivery of materials and products from the DistributionPlus warehouse to our customers.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Banks was the Owner/Operator of his own transport business, working in the Oilfield industry for over
15 years. Starting out, he ran a ‘Hot Shot’ rig. A few years later, he purchased a trailer to complete the set. His attentiveness to customers and experience has positively impacted the growth of the Logistics department at DistributionPlus.
The self-described ‘full-fledged Country Boy’ enjoys hunting, fishing, team roping, raising his own beef, and lending a helping hand to those in need.
Jennifer Arnold is a Procurement Associate at DistributionPlus. She is responsible for tracking inventory, orders, and product delivery, as well as preparing quotes for customers.
Ms. Arnold researches sources for accessories and products, and assists with importing. She also supports the President and CEO with investor relations.
Prior to joining DistributionPlus, Ms. Arnold was in the Real Estate industry. Her position involved customer relations and managing inventory which required attention to detail, an attribute that is key in her current role to ensure customers' needs and expectations are met.
She plans to grow with the company, and aspires to be a Buyer or Operations Associate where she would work directly with suppliers, as well as interact with customers in the field.
Ms. Arnold proudly serves on three committees with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, and volunteers with the National Charity League with her daughters. She also enjoys horseback riding, yoga, and visiting wineries in the Texas Hill Country.
